A corporate strategist with extensive hands-on international experience, Allan Lee injects high premium value providing implementation, consultation, coaching and mentoring expertise in business continuity management,equipment asset management and process improvement.

He has the experience to support multiple sectors – manufacturing, retail, banking & finance, mining, supply chain, oil & gas, power generation, water treatment and shared services environments where he worked with or consulted for several internationally recognized organizations and regional powerhouses like Motorola, Dell Computers, British American Tobacco, BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, Shell, British Petroleum, Chevron, Husky Energy, Dairy Farm Group,Citigroup, and Western Digital.

Allan has a degree in computer science and a master’s degree in electrical & electronics engineering from Australia. He began his career in R&D with a global semiconductor manufacturer in Illinois, U.S.A. in 1984. He accumulated more than 25 years’ experience in the manufacturing and the supply chain sector. He also held several operational positions before moving into strategic management in Scottsdale, Arizona in the later years with the Fortune 500 semiconductor organization.

He spent a total of 28 years in the US and Europe, and held several senior global leadership roles in multinational organizations, among them

• Global Supply Chain Director – Dell Computers (Round Rock, Texas, USA)

• Head of Global Quality – British American Tobacco (in London, England),

• Senior Vice President, Business Transformation – Citigroup Inc. (Lexington, New York, USA

Upon his return to Asia in 2008 after 30 years, he went into deployment and consulting in Asia, Australia/New Zealand, and the African nations.

He currently represents a New York-based and a London-based boutique consulting firms for business continuity (and ISO 22301), asset management (and ISO 55001), energy management (ISO 50001) and business transformation.

His hands-on approach, experience, and ‘Learn & Explore’ method makes him a sought after implementer, consultant, coach, and trainer in:-

He obtained professional practitioner certifications in business continuity management, asset management and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt practitioner.

thought leader and writes articles in major publications in these areas.

He has been invited to speak in numerous conferences on business continuity and business transformation.

Allan developed the business continuity curriculum for a risk institute in United Kingdom and prepared its case studies.

He also trains South-East Asian lead auditors for several international certification bodies in business continuity management system (ISO 22301) and asset management system (ISO 55001).
