Azni Latiff is a professional HR practitioner specialise in Industrial Relations (IR). Her key ability is orchestrating full spectrum of Human Resources programs, services and functions with proven success in introducing process improvements as well as implementing best practices to drive corporate goal attainment.

She holds various management roles throughout her career working in entities such as Toyota, Aluminium Company of Malaysia Berhad and Nando’s.

She also serve as Government liaison in providing industry view in crafting and amending labour policies in a Joint Consultative Council with the Government. She holds an Executive Master in HRM and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
